All paperwork must be filled out completely and turned into Coach A's classroom (#520) before the end of 6th Period Wednesday January, 25th.  Forms must be 100% filled out or will not be accepted.  The required forms are as follows:

1.  Physical Form
2.  FBISD Rules Form
3.  Emergency Form
4.  UIL Steroid Form
5.  UIL Rules Form

Wednesday Jan 25th sign up before 7th period- All Paper Work Due before you can sign up.

Friday Jan 27th  3:00pm – 7:00pm

Saturday Jan 28th  10:00am – TBA

         1st Roster Posted 8:00pm

Monday Jan 30th 3:00pm – 5:00pm

            2nd Roster Posted 8:00pm

Tuesday Jan 31st  3:00pm – 5:00pm

               Final Roster Posted 8:00pm
